World Wildlife Conservation is a child-ed organisation what is dedicated to education and conservation of wildlife in the world. This society first of all started on the 1st of January 2021 with a new hope to the future in the kids day. we just started from two or three participant, but to know our members had increased to 40 plus participants and we had developed more than ever in these past two days. This amazing idea came to the mind of WWC founder and 2021 president Didumika Peiris who is a student of D.S.Senanayake college. He had been a great hand to us and acted accordingly in every situation. He was the greatest leader ever. He introduced many new ideas to WWC and developed it. And we also have to thank our vice presidents: Udhan Senila amd Nuhan Gunesekera for the support and backup they have given to create and manage WWC. To help educate our users about the importance of protecting our environment, the planet and the species living in it, we have our own official WhatsApp group dedicated towards WWC.

On the 1st of January 2021 WWC officially launched with the help of WhatsApp, and you will be able to access it with: WhatApp, Microsoft Teams, Website and Blogger page. We chose WhatsApp due to it being our personal favorite social media platform and it being easy and secure to use. On our 1st anniversary we plan to do a meeting to discuss ways that us as children and adults of the new generation could help protect and conserve the wildlife of this world. More than others we will be dedicated mostly to the wildlife of Sri Lanka due to almost all of its wildlife being endangered or vulnerable. And overall plan for a better future for our planet and all wildlife who call it home.

As the world’s newest and youngest (literally) conservation organization, WWC works to conserve and protect nature as well as reduce the most pressing threats to the diverse life on Earth. WWC hopes to partner with other wildlife societies and countries in a collaborative effort to protect all life on our planet.

What You Can Do

Planet Earth is constantly changing and the marvelous wildlife around us will not be here for much longer if we don’t look after it. We, at WhatsApp, hope to encourage you to think of the ways in which you can help the world we live in. Help can be as simple as recycling or spreading knowledge to others. You can even create a WhatsApp group chat to schedule and teach about animals with your friends!

Our planet needs all the help that it can get. If you can remind your friends and family to help care and protect these animals and spread the word in your mind to save them, endangered animals from around the world will thank you.

Our Goal

The WWC's campaign on WhatsApp seeks to raise awareness about endangered animals by harnessing the power of a messaging platform to spread the word. As WhatsApp users read our animal info and attend our meetings, they help to spread the word about the cause and possibly motivate people to protest against the endangerment of animals.
