The food we eat has huge impacts on our planet, from land-use change and deforestation for farming, to water pollution and soil degradation from overuse of chemicals, and overfishing of our oceans..

Our food systems can’t continue like this, or the consequences for nature and people will be devastating. But there is a solution: Planet-Based Diets that are:

  • ✔️High in human health benefits

  • ✔️Low in environmental impacts

  • ✔️Flexible to suit different needs and cultures.

Transitioning to Planet Based-Diets can:

  • 🐘 Reverse nature loss

  • 🌳Halt deforestation

  • 🏭Reduce emissions

  • 🌎Capture carbon

  • 💧Reduce water use and pollution

  • 🍲And provide everyone with healthy and nutritious food.
